Why are Vitamin D Levels Still Low in Sun Bathers?

Trans-fats and rancid oils in gluten-free organic bars, man-made foods like soybean, canola, and vegetable oils and fluoride in the water.Being inundated with stress is another big one as our sympathetic nervous system (Flight or Fight) is now turned on more constantly than ever before. This effects our “Third Brain” (the skin), the home of trillions of nerve conductors, microbial colonies and epidermal keratinocytes (sensory and signaling pathways) that are highly receptive to the environment.

EMF (Electro-magnetic fields) is another a serious cause because these frequencies act as dielectric blockers in biologic semiconductors. Dielectric blockers cause a collapse of energy transduction.

Low Vitamin D Treatment in Ayurveda: Self Abhyanga (Oil Massage)

Method: Anoint your body with oil (superiorly choose medicated oil, other-wise sesame in winter / coconut in summer), then give yourself a massage.

This will improve the physiology of your skin so that you can successfully absorb vitamin D as well as other essential frequencies emitted by the generous sun such as red light, near infrared and far infrared. These frequencies boost ATP (energy) production.

Vitamin D is actually a hormone that is crucial for longevity and preventing diseases, particularly cancer, type 2 diabetes, chronic inflammation, macular degeneration, Alzheimer’s and so much more.

Up to 85 percent of people have insufficient levels of Vitamin D and are unaware of it.
