How Long Do I Take Herbs For?

Womans Sitz Bath
Boil 2 heaped Tablespoons in a large pot of water (5-10 L) and reduce the water to half. Then add this decoction into a baby pool or bucket and add some more water. Then sit in the bucket with the water level up to your navel. Sit for 20 – 48 minutes and let the bath into reproductive organs.
Good for fertility, menopause, post-natal and female hormone issues.
