James Swanwick is an Australian-American entrepreneur who helps casual drinkers reduce or quit alcohol. 

He has coached thousands of people to improve their lives and performance by adopting an alcohol-free lifestyle. 

He is the author of The 30-Day No-Alcohol Challenge and the creator of Project 90, an online program providing support and coaching for individuals eliminating alcohol from their lives.

He is also the host of the Alcohol-Free Lifestyle Podcast and co-founder of Swanwick Sleep, a company which produces blue light-blocking glasses.
