Your attention is one of the greatest aspects of your self that you can gift to anyone.
Use the nourishing quality of your attention to attend to, uplift and increase the high-end of anybody who you are interacting with.
Where are you placing your attention?
On the glorious future? or are you in the present now?
Attention has a nourishing quality and someone who is a master of their art is a master of how they do it. In every life activity
What is the state of consciousness of the individual doing the action? Not what is the action. It’s all about how you do it.
It must not only be attention that you give, but intention laden attention. To see and feel and unity in others.
You are creating everything that you experience depending on what you place your attention on.
