Gives us the capability to illuminate ideas within our own mind. The Lighting Crisis: Burying the sun from our lives and replacing this with artificial blue light. The sun providing the body with energy by generating DC electric current and activating mitochondria function. Receiving an Altered Spectrum of Light The problem with sunscreen, windows and glasses – you are blocking particular spectrums of light, so the light hitting you is an altered spectrum of light that is not holistic and causes damage. The eyes as a seat of pitta (fire/metaboliser). The importance of melatonin: “The king of hormones.” Our Mistaken Fear of the Sun Especially in Australia. Breaking free of social conditioning, questioning science and thinking clinically. Why the Sun Rarely Causes Skin Cancer Dermatologists can’t explain the growth in melanoma because while melanoma is increasing, our exposure to the sun is reducing.  The difference between morning and evening light spectrums. Before going to bed, wash face, hands and feet. – take away most of the bodies dead cells. Create freshness for the mind to communicate more effectively with the uterus. At Home Detox Procedure Mono-food diet for 5 days. Same breakfast meal for 5 days, same lunch meal for 5 days and the same dinner for 5 days. UFOs and Sentient Beings | Colonel Leeds III #008

Perhaps consider broadening your horizon into more subtle realms and study history a bit deeper than what the norm has taught with their limited chronological compilations. ABOUT COLONEL WILLIAM LEEDS III After law school Bill entered into the army around 24 years old and was active in service and reserves for approximately 24 years, including being a colonel for 6 years, which is the second highest rank after a general. Being in the US military meant Bill could travel anywhere for free on any aeroplane. So, he found a love for travelling but then he learnt Transcendental Meditation in 1976 and learnt to travel inside. As his consciousness expanded as he evolved, he was exposed to government’s interactions with aliens and other sentient beings. They are friendly. They don’t eat us. Secret US Alien Executive Agreement President Dwight Eisenhower signed an executive agreement with the Aliens in 1958. You can obtain the agreement documents from Stanton Friedman. It was released by the Freedom Information Act. A treaty force between the republican of United States of America AND [the rest is blocked out]. It was a treaty not with a country, but with something else, like the aliens. He gave authorisation for them to uses certain bases on land and under the sea in the continent of the United States without interference. Also perhaps Antartica. We are going through that process in meditation like Vedic Meditation and Transcendental Meditation and advanced development techniques like Siddhis (a sequence of creating a perfected human with paranormal powers the way nature intended a human to be constructed and manifested). The sentients beings intervene with human civilisation to maintain peace on earth. They have done this by: Turning off nuclear systems and delivery methods. Four times in Russia they stopped the firing of nuclear weapons. Aliens will shut down the current nuclear button of Kim Jong-un, North Korea’s supreme ruler. He wouldn’t be able to do it. The main countries of the world know the aliens have been here since the 50s and 60s. Flying Saucers Vimanas According to the Vedas, a Vimana is any self-moving aerial car sometimes serving as a seat or throne to the Gods, sometimes self-moving and carrying its occupant through the air. It can be a temple or palace flying in the sky. Alchemising the Essence of Traditional Medicine | Dr. Jimi Wollumbin #007

(50:23) The qualities and nature of a leech: dark, night, yin, cool, feminine, water, flowing. (52:25) Uses of leech therapy: Use for something that is hot and not flowing. The most potent anticoagulant known to man (hirudin). All conditions of the blood and excess heat. “Just as the swan drinks only the milk from a diluted milk, similarly the leeches drink only the bad blood first from the pool of (vitiated) blood.” ~ Vaghbata. Other body treatments Jimi utilises: Svedana, Bastis, Shirodhara. (59:46) Healing response of Kati Basti: Warm oil penetrates drives deep down into the tissues and doshas which allows vata (the primary vital force and subtle winds of the body) to flow and for blood to move. 3 Modes of Ayurvedic Blood Letting and Cupping: (01:01:43) Historically used to suck the disease-causing spirits out of the body. Now used to suck the wind out. Move stagnant blood without opening the vein (a mild form of venesection). Toning through taking blood out. Taking a little blood out of a weak person to stimulate the marrow for strength. Treat “hot” infections. Why anaemic people can die from getting fed iron supplements. Disease is a spiritual phenomenon. Ayurveda is old as nature actually. (01:03:14) Disease manifesting due to violation of natural law. Excess iron causing immunological problems, liver strain and cardiac risk. Especially in men who don’t have a chance to shed iron need iron clearance. (01:08:15) Causes of excessive iron: (01:09:40) Iron age. To much arien arterial energy and not enough venus like yin energy. We have stopped blood letting. Earth pollution and heavy metals interacting with iron. Jimi’s favourite herbs: (01:12:28) Angelica: Finland’s sacred and most revered herb. Shamans would use in a range of shamanic practices. Gained its fame during the plague. It was revered by angels and it was an angel that told suffering humanity that angelica would assist in fighting off the plague. Pungent taste (Katu rasa) helps with phlegmatic, kapha, leukkoria, phlegm on lungs – bronchial infection. Low agni and invisible phlegm. Useful for phlegmatic psychologically and physiologically issues (similar to Kapha). Immune booster. Gentle enough for children to use. Adrenal boosters that are stimulants in disguise vs. adaptogens. (01:15:18) – Ginseng, rhodiola, cordyceps – high doses makes them stimulates, exhausting and healing. In low doses they won’t be. Adaptogens have deep tonic properties are Qi tonics and kidney tonics that form ojas faster. Ashwagandha – an adaptogen whose root literally smells like a horse. Balances vata and the nervous system. The “sleepy nightshade.” (01:18:50) Today’s most common health issues Jimi sees in practice: Endocrine disharmony and hormonal problems that have adrenal fatigue at their root due to flight or fight constantly turned on. Before the show really kicks off into the episodes I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce my self, get to know me and hear what the intention of this podcast is. I have a passion to take the ancient, rich wisdom of Ayurveda and make it applicable, practical and relevant to todays day in age, where really right now Ayurveda is so relevant and needed more than ever. Part of this is using modern science to prove ancient wisdom. And it’s working. People who implement these practices and treatment protocols feel the benefits. The holistic process of ridding disease, which may become like a journey, is fulfilling. They experience the essence of health and actually thrive with vitality! Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that translates to “The Science of Life.” It is a system of holistic medicine that encompasses the entire universe; nature, the body, mind and spirit. Really, Ayurveda has a say on everything. It is part of the Vedas, which is knowledge governing the unity of the laws of nature and human consciousness. Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, sthapatya Veda which is Vedic architecture also known as Vastuu, Jyotish (Vedic astrology), all these sciences are derived from the Vedas. This ancient science guides us how to live in harmony with nature and when we live in tune with the cycles of nature, we tap into our own specific human nature. That is where perfect health lies. And by the way, it is absolutely in everyone. But you have to enliven it. From that place, you can live with minimal to no suffering and radiate life for all to enjoy. Ayurveda does this through a wide variety of holistic and preventative actions and treatments such as diet, herbs, lifestyle, body treatments and a variety of measures. What I love about Ayurveda is that is has been around for a very very long time. Ayurveda is actually as old as nature, but for the past 5000 odd years, it has consistently been practiced. And through all this time, nothing has changed. None of the knowledge, none of the parameters. Unlike a scientific study, a medical degree, a food fad! a health fad, a “bio-hack,” whatever it may be, Ayurveda doesn’t change. It doesn’t need to revise texts or updated editions. It is an eternal science. It is so closely correlated with natural law that it becomes applicable, useful and highly relevant to the whatever the need of the time may be, wherever on planet earth. This podcast will share how to bypass any of the obscure perpetuating fads of health and rather develop skills and a capability to tune into our own body and mind, awaken our instincts and flow downstream in our unique individual path of life rather than struggling to paddle upstream. Let’s approach health via that route. Engage in life in a frictionless flow. You’re not going to be talked at in this podcast, I rather intend you to be inspired, to resonate with me and whoever else is on the show. To take the information and conversation and make it relatable to your life. Inevitably, once you have the knowledge it’s going to be enlivened within you.
