About Our Guest: Dr. Paul Anderson

Paul Anderson, is an integrative oncologist and highly respected naturopathic physician practicing in Seattle and Arizona. He is a graduate of NCNM, and a full-time core faculty member at Bastyr University, teaching in the clinical science division.

Dr. Anderson is a recognised educator and clinician in integrative and naturopathic medicine with a focus on complex infectious, chronic and oncologic illness.

In addition to three decades clinical experience he also was head of the interventional arm of a US-NIH funded human research trial using IV Vitamin C and other therapies in cancer patients. He founded Advanced Medical Therapies in Seattle, Washington, a clinic focusing on the care of patients with cancer and chronic diseases.

He is co-author of the Hay House book “Outside the Box Cancer Therapies” with Dr. Mark Stengler as well as a co-author with Jack Canfield in the anthology “Success Breakthroughs” and the author of his latest book, Cancer: The Journey from Diagnosis to Empowerment.

  • High sensitivity CRP (C-reactive protein) - non specific marker for inflammation. Tells something is brewing. On regular blood test. Doesn’t mean cancer. Range: ideally less than one.
  • Haemoglobin A1C - 3 months average of blood sugar. - This can indicate if the environment promotes cancer.
  • PHI - enzyme for hypoxia (low oxygen). Cancer thrives in that environment.

Dealing With Standard Oncologists & Integrative Oncology

  • Dealing with standard oncologists who don’t know about alternative therapies. Potential conflict.

  • GCPD deficiency and fragile blood cells (sickle cell disease) cannot tolerate these high doses.
  • Liposomal Vit C - It is in a fat envelope (liposome) there is a fat transport that doesn’t use the same pathways. They bypass check points in the digestive tract. Most of the liposomal activity is in the digestive tract, but these sneak through the cells are put into the lymphatic system - they go around the liver and miss the liver and get dumped into the blood. If your liver needs vitamin C it will get it eventually.
  • 1-3K mg a day of any form of Vit C.
  • Low dose - prevention. Supplements, hundreds to a few thousands mg. Plenty if you are healthy.
  • When sick, take 20,000 mg orally.
  • Using vitamin C therapy in association with other cancer therapies.
  • Contra-indications for high dose Vitamin C? - Those withG6PD enzyme deficiency, fragile blood cells (sickle cell disease) and similar genetic diseases have to be careful for high does.
  • How to give IV Vit C safely according to the individual person - considering how much to dilute it, how fast to give it, adding other minerals.

Turmeric

Turmeric should be used daily in cooking.

Thermo Therapies

  • Been used for a long time. Some of the most basic and oldest approaches to medicine.
  • Helps regular oncology therapies work better.

Cryotherapy (freezing)

Good tool for freezing and reducing tumours and leaving it to the immune system to clean up.

Air Pods & Bluetooth Wearables – The New Death Sticks

Move over cigarettes, AirPods and other Bluetooth wearables are the new death sticks. Man, if they're inserting into your brain, they may even be worse than fags.

The health ramifications of non-native electro-magnetic fields (nnEMF), including radio-frequencies (RF), are highly underestimated and snubbed although they are currently classified in Group 2B possible carcinogen to humans, with research beginning to shift them towards a 2A or Group 1 carcinogen.

Ignoring this prevails due to the fact you can’t see or feel these frequencies (unless you are hyper-sensitive). But the reality is cold in the science, nnEMFs are absolutely biologically active.

Many of you know this (although may remain ignorant to it), but let’s talk bluetooth specifically.

The problem with bluetooth is it emits very specific pulse radio frequency signals.

These have extremely short wavelengths (short = penetrating and damaging) which transmits with an extremely rapid rise and fall in times and distance (pulsation).

It turns out, the rate of change of these fields during the pulsation is what causes the most biological damage. Rather than the complete total energy that they deliver.

Pulsed radio frequency signals have been very well-studied (see the work of Dr. Robert O. Becker).

One of the implications of keeping nnEMF near your body is that it makes your blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeable. This allows toxins free entrance into the brain.
Furthermore, we know how important the gut-brain axis is.
When your BBB is open, anything that happens in your gut is going to directly alter your water chemistry and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). 

So you think it's just in your ear?

Understand that all the blood vessels in your body and in your brain then become electric wires that can send all this flickering information to places all over your body. Furthermore, your blood plasma is 93% water and has salt in it. This biological fluid of yours is a great conductor for all of these devices.

Add some metal implants from surgery or tattoos (heavy metal leeching) in the mix and your conducting these treacherous devices at greater rates.

Now let’s look at bluetooth headpieces specifically.

AirPods have been found to produce an average nnEMF significantly higher than other bluetooth/wired headphones and are constantly transmitting at these levels, even when they are not in use.

When you are wearing two AirPods this makes matters a whole lot worse. They cross communicate - the signal goes from your phone to one of the AirPods, then it sends the signal to the other one, straight through your 🧠 , brain.

So when good intentioned folk like yourself are getting these really weird diseases and doctors don’t know why it happens, it’s because they fundamentally don't understand how pulsed microwaves interact.

When you do go to the doctor and the doctor can't figure out why all of a sudden under your Apple Watch, Fitbit, AirPods or bluetooth headphones you have got this allergic reaction, underachieve thyroid, leaky gut, cancer or an auto-immune condition, it’s because docs aren’t taught this stuff in medical school. This is the domain of physics. That's why it's important to cross-pollinate physics and biology.

This is why 250+ scientists made an international appeal to the UN and WHO warning about the dangers of AirPods and other wireless devices.

I know, Bluetooth and mobile technology can make us more productive. There are positives to this technology and I enjoy them. The problem is we're not being told how it's destroying the cell architecture and how it can affect our medical problems.

IEEE (the world’s largest technical professional organisation) standards recommend the safe peak exposure rate of a human should be less than 0.08 W/kg.(1)

This is based on the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR). SAR is the power of absorbed RF wave per unit mass of tissue. Ie. how much electric fields polarise the molecules in human body when human tissue near a nnEMF device absorbs the power of the RF signal.

This level of 45mW sure ain’t helpful for your temporal lobe. It’s like having antennas in your brain.

Don’t delay, but take action efficiently and gracefully. Inappropriate medical treatment is a worldwide crisis.

  1. What are the chances this will cure me. – not make me feel better, not make the tumour shrink for a little while, not make me live 6 months longer.
  2. What is the known death rate for chemotherapy used. – 1-2% – 10-15% are dying from the treatment.
  3. Would you give this therapy to your family or take your self.

Cancer Biopsy Can Potentially Spread the Cancer: Alleviate the Aggressive Attitude

This is important for all you to understand because most of us, whether it is yourself, a friend or family member, is going to get cancer, and biopsies are an important part of the cancer journey.

A biopsy is to tell if the tumour is benign or malignant, the stage of it, or whether it is aggressive or not.

The issue with this is, you are taking a needle and you are going to stab this group of cells in their micro environment to remove some parts of the tissue for analysis.

This creates a wound in that micro environment that triggers “invasion” and the macrophages and other cells of the immune system become compromised. 

You can take a potentially benign situation and make it malignant. 

On the other hand, if there is some degree of malignancy and then you stab this micro-environment with a needle, you then run the risk of making a bad situation even worse.

So what is the value of doing a biopsy in the first place?

Well, we take biopsies of breast tissue to get a genomic readout of the different kinds of mutations that might be in the cells.

BUT if cancer is NOT a genetic disease, and the mutations are largely irrelevant! (another article to come on this: that Cancer is NOT a Gene-Drive Disease), then it makes no sense to do that in the first place.

If the tumour is benign, why would you want to stab it?

If the tumour is malignant, why would you ever! want to stab it?

There is plenty of medical literature showing how needle biopsies have lead to the dissemination of these cancer cells, putting these people at risk for metastatic cancer and death.

We don’t want to put anybody at risk for spreading their disease using any kind of procedure. 

Going ahead with quick to act surgery while being ignorant about the biology of the disease + lack of consideration and education on alternative approaches can create a similar reaction. Non-strategical surgical is inconsiderate to the poor little cancer cells that have been neglected and isolated amongst their micro-environment (thus they proliferate instead of their natural function of cell suicide/apoptosis/Shiva/destruction function of nature).

Surgery can also disturb the micro-environment. These cells that are marginally aggressive become highly aggressive, leading to the demise of the patient.

Secondary glioblastoma (an aggressive form of cancer) for example, regularly arises from a therapeutic attempt to manage a low-grade tumour.

It is vital to understand that more people die from cancer treatment than cancer itself.

An approach to consider:

Don’t touch the beast, just let it sit there. Don’t disturb the micro-environment. Use metabolic therapy + advanced Ayurvedic herbs (bhasmas) and treatments to shrink the cancer big time.

If it goes away, wonderful work and thanks to your bodily intelligence for performing (smriti).

If it is still there shriveled, you can do a complete surgical debulking.

Why Dinner Should Be Your Lightest Meal & Low in Protein

Why do you eat food?

For fuel. Food gets digested (hopefully) to allow the mitochondria (the powerhouses of the cells) to produce ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) which is the energy you require to function in life.

If you use the energy, like in the case of your daily activities, that is great! You are "spending" this “energy currency” well.

If you just go to sleep after eating, because your use of energy drops dramatically during sleep, you don’t have anything to spend this ATP on, you hoard it.

Hoarding is never good. Maintenance attracts destruction. The ATP over-accumulates which increases free radicals, reactive oxygen and mitochondrial damage.

You want to finish eating at least 2-3 hours before bed (before 10pm)

When you re-establish fat metabolism, you may not even require dinner at all (a healthy habit). But as a culture, we have lost the ability to burn fat for fuel. Instead, we are using sugar as fuel, quick injections of stimulants from all sorts of foods - think organic dark chocolate, organic nuts, raisins, coffee etc. If you are snacking for quick hits of energy this indicates that you have lost the ability to burn your calm and stable source of fuel - fat. Why Eating a High Protein Meal at Dinner Is a Bad Idea

Protein activates an anabolic pathway called mTOR activation - causes you to build muscles. Of course you need mTOR activated but it should not be continuous.

The primary problem when you eat a heavy dinner is it suppresses an important metabolic process called autophagy (meaning “self-devouring”), which breaks down, processes cells and disassembles unnecessary or dysfunctional components. If autophagy is impaired, this can cause cancer (excess tissue). Excess protein can increase cancer risk.

When a tissue (Dhatu) increases, it can cause tumours.

Mamsa Vrdha Mamsam is an ancient slohka in Ayurveda which means eating “flesh increases flesh.”

Excess protein in some cases can be even more dangerous than excess glucose.

Your agni (digestive fire) is regulated by the sun. When the sun is strongest, ea your biggest meal (lunch). When the sun is down, your digestive strength is low, so eat light.

Scenario: Sleeping After a Heavy Dinner

  • When you sleep on top of a big dinner your heart rate pulse rate, respiratory rate, metabolic rate all slows down which causes food to linger in your system without being digested (ama).
  • You wake up in a state of indigestion with ama deposited somewhere in your body.
  • Then you think that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” and you put another truckload onto of that.
  • Then you walk around feeling blocked and inflamed. You create vascular inflammation, congestion, your sinuses are blocked, you are barely awake because you are feeling dull and heavy.
  • You don’t even feel the desire to having a big lunch since you are so out of tune.
  • So add massive doses of caffeine to give you energy which suppresses agni, causes improper appetite and further disconnects you from fat metabolism.

They Call it "Supper" for a Reason

Supper comes from the Old French word souper meaning “evening meal.” That is where we get the name soup from. Supper should be a light supplementary meal, not the main meal. Soup is a great choice.

Tips to Transition to a Light Dinner

  • Have a good, solid warm cooked lunch. Eat that in a relaxed manner to be properly nourished and satisfied.
  • Re-establish fat-metabolism by moving towards three meals a day, no snacks.
  • Learn to "wind-down" from your day with techniques like meditation, pranayama and immersing loving relationships.
  • Incorporate healthy fats in your diet such as ghee.
  • Eat an earlier dinner.
  • Eat whole foods, rather than processed foods.
  • If you eat meat, fish or eggs, only eat at lunchtime.
  • Dinner options: vegetable soup, kitchari, light vegetable dish.

The Importance of How You Eat

Ayurveda stresses the importance of not only What you eat, but perhaps How you eat is more important (unless you are eating crap). Furthermore, you want to have optimum functioning digestion (agni) so that what goes in your mouth becomes a thin fluid essence of nourishment (ahar rasa) rather than a thick toxic congesting fluid (ama).

“Eat late to gain some weight and sleep late to gain some weight.”

Ideally, you should wake up effortlessly, you should jump out of bed. You should also wake up slightly hungry.

Epidemics of chronic diseases are exponentially growing alongside our modern lifestyle.

Skyrocketing Male Infertility Warns The Human Race

Human infertility is one of the most heart breaking and impending epidemics of todays “modern life,” with the technological and chemical “progress” most likely to blame.

Female infertility tends to get the most attention (and that deserves its own article, coming soon), but recently male infertility has made headlines. Recent research showed a dramatic decline in sperm concentration and quality in recent decades.

According to the largest and most comprehensive meta-analysis[1] of its kind published in August 2017, sperm counts around the world declined by more than 50% between 1973 and 2013, and continue to shrink.

Researchers estimated that these men had an average sperm concentration of 99 million per millilitre in 1973 but that that had dropped to an average 47 million per millilitre in 2011!

The most significant declines were found in samples from men in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, where many had sperm concentrations below 40 million/mL — a level at which a man will have trouble fertilising an egg. (Men suspected of infertility, such as those attending IVF clinics, were excluded from the study).

Causes of Male Infertility

"This study is an urgent wake-up call for researchers and health authorities around the world to investigate the causes of the sharp ongoing drop in sperm count."

Chemicals and Pesticides Disrupting The Male Endocrine System

One paper published in PLOS Genetics suggests there are endocrine disrupting chemicals such as those in contaminated (common) water, plastics, personal care products and herbicides[2] that directly affect mens reproductive health by lowering sperm count.

The study also confirmed that these chemicals, specifically synthetic forms of estrogen that men are exposed to in their day-to-day lives, have generational effects.

Males exposed to chemicals and EMF during the critical period of being in the womb (pre-natal life), especially while their reproductive organs are being developed, and as a young baby with a vulnerable immune system are especially susceptible from chemical damage causing future sperm issues and infertility.

Everything an expectant mother takes into her body can potentially get passed along to her developing child, and scientific evidence strongly suggests exposure to chemicals is contributing to cancer, reproductive abnormalities, early puberty[3][4][5] and a host of other endocrine, neurological and metabolic problems.

A shocking study conducted by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) in 2005 found an average of 200 industrial chemicals and pollutants in the umbilical cord blood of infants born in the U.S.!!

After numerous studies were coming out exposing the ridiculously high amounts of industrial chemicals and pollutants in the environment and food of our modern world, the Endocrine Society noted in a 2009 scientific statement:

“The evidence for adverse reproductive outcomes (infertility, cancers, malformations) from exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals is strong, and there is mounting evidence for effects on other endocrine systems, including thyroid, neuroendocrine, obesity and metabolism, and insulin and glucose homeostasis … Effects of endocrine disrupting chemicals may be transmitted to further generations through germline epigenetic modifications or from continued exposure of offspring to the environmental insult.”

Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Exposure is Zapping Mens Genitals and Decimating Reproductive Health

I personally believe this may be the most significant factor for the observed decrease in male sperm count.

It was well known in World War II that radar operators could easily create sterility by exposing the groin to radar waves. Radar is microwave radiation and was the precursor to cellphones that use similar frequencies.

In May 2011, the cancer research arm of the World Health Organisation, the International Agency for Research on Cancer, classified radio frequency EMF — such as the radiation from cellphones — a class 2B carcinogen, meaning it is possibly carcinogenic to humans.[7]

This is because EMFs cause excess hydroxyl free radicals which decimate mitochondrial and nuclear DNA, their membranes and proteins. The end result is mitochondrial dysfunction, a core cause of chronic disease.

Keeping your cellphone in your pocket or waist, or your laptop on your lap is simply frying your genitals! 

A man’s testicles are also more vulnerable to EMFs for the fact that they’re on the outside of the body. Women’s eggs, on the other hand, are somewhat protected and shielded from EMFs due to them being further inside the body,[8] (but still should not be reckoned with!).

Indeed, studies have linked low level electromagnetic radiation (EMR) exposure from cellphones to a reduction in sperm motility and viability.[9][10]

Wi-Fi equipped laptop computers have also been linked to decreased sperm motility and an increase in sperm DNA fragmentation after just four hours of use![11]

So, if you care about your reproductive health or sex life, please don’t keep your laptop on your lap or your phone glued to your pants. If you are carrying it in your pocket, keeping it in aeroplane mode massively reduces EMF exposure. 

 

Obesity and Over Weight

One study found being overweight has a significant impact on a mans sperm count. The study concluded that only one in seven! Western Australian men met fertility benchmarks set by the World Health Organisation. 

The decline in sperm quantity and quality isn’t just about having babies.

It has larger implications for men's health. Poor sperm health has been linked to cardiovascular issues, obesity, cancer and testicular diseases.

Strategies to Treat Infertility and Boost Fertility Naturally

First of all, prevention is key. This is why I’m writing this article. You now have the knowledge so stop ignoring what you already know. Prevent yourself from becoming part of the number of this distressing epidemic. Let alone the other chronic diseases that are crippling up the bodies of the majority of the earth's population.

Remove the Cause: Reduce Chemicals

Mainly found in your food, so eat organic as much as possible. If you don’t eat 100% organic, make sure you know the Environmental Working Group’s “Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen” so you know what produce you must avoid (Dirty Dozen) and what foods are “safe” non-organic (Clean Fifteen). Also get in the garden and think about the skin of produce to understand what foods would require more pesticides. 

Only drink filtered water.

Avoid self-care products that contain chemicals, especially aerosol sprays the contain aluminium as that, especially mixed with glyphosate (commonly found on your non-organic produce) is very harmful.

Investigate your environment - What’s being put into the air in your workplace and home? Think cleaning products, industrial pollutants and eating or storing your food with plastic.

Remove the Cause: Reduce EMF Exposure

Step 1 (simple).

  • Is your phone on bluetooth when you are not using it? Turn it off.
  • Use speaker phone or wired headphones to talk on the phone rather than holding a high frequency device next to your temporal lobe that Apple actually advises in their fine print: users should opt for hands-free options, such as the built-in speakerphone, headphones or similar accessories to reduce radio frequency (RF).
  • Get the laptop off your lap. If you really want it on your lap, use a radiation shield.

At nighttime:

  • Turn your wifi off.
  • Switch your phone to aeroplane mode and preferably keep it out of your bedroom.
  • Turn your smart TVs off at the powerpoint since they don’t have an aeroplane mode.

These changes are so simple because your’e asleep anyway and don’t need these devices. People are now starting to hire electricians to wire in a master switch next to their bed to turn off the whole house. These changes will also significantly improve quality of sleep, especially for babies and young kids! Plus other benefits.

 

Step 2:

  • Avoid keeping your phone in your pocket during the day. Keep it on your desk away from you or even better, on a surface at the other end of the room.
  • Using landline phones for phone calls rather than your mobile.
  • Attach an anti-radiation sticker or phone case (this still isn't nearly adequate enough).
  • While carrying your phone in your pocket or having it near you, keep it on aeroplane mode as much as possible. You don’t need to be on call and socially connected and available 24/7. Detach. It’s so liberating. It’s like removing excess, high frequency baggage.

Step 3:

  • Assess your environment. Perhaps you need to make more radical changes to prioritise your health such as shifting offices or shifting rooms around the house.
  • Ethernet Plugin System - There is now a revolution of health conscious people hiring electricians to re-implement Ethernet in their home and banishing wifi altogether.
  • Hire a Building Biologist. A professional in this area who will come to your home with advanced equipment and skills to assess the biology of the structure that shields you (your home). They will show you were the hazards are and give you simple steps to create a healthy home.

Step in before shit hits the fan. Prevention is better than dealing with chronic disease (again, EMF affects so much more than infertility). Step in before you may have to quit your job altogether or spend a lot of money on IVF that is likely to be unsuccessful.

Healthy Digestion Grants Nutrients Access to your Reproductive Organs

Your body wants the food you eat to nourish all your body’s tissues, including your reproductive tissue. Catch is, the food has to not only be digested by your stomach (jathara agni), but every tissue has its own metabolic process (dhatu agni). (There are 7 tissues or dhatus: lymph, blood, muscle, adipose, bone, bone marrow and reproductive tissue).

The reproductive tissue (shukra) happens to be the seventh and last tissue down the line, which means it only will be nourished if each of the 6 tissues above it on the metabolic chain metabolise the nutrient fluid (ahar rasa) properly.

But there is one more step after the seven tissue metabolism.

Under the seven tissues resides a bio-celestial liquid substance called Ojas.

'Ojas' is considered to be the most refined product of digestion. It is the vital essence of our body that translates to “vitality.”

Ojas governs ageing, immunity, radiant skin, vigor, mood, sleep, digestion, spirituality, physical strength and libido and fertility.

Eat Ojas Increasing Foods

Building Ojas is an art. Perhaps one of the best ways to consistently build Ojas is to eat a diet of fresh unprocessed, seasonal whole foods, and have a balanced agni to support the process. A handful of special foods even metabolise to nourish and build Ojas directly, fast-tracking the tissue metabolism process.

Ghee

You should primarily be using this fantastic fat as your cooking oil.

Ayurvedic Immunisation Over Vaccination For Babies

With the recent heat caused by Robert De Niro's controversial anti-vaccine documentary Vaxxed: From Cover-Up To Catastrophe being pulled out of the Tribeca Film Festival, interest and suspicion has stirred up in the pharmaceutical vaccine industry.

So in due course, I will share with you an Ayurvedic way of immunisation.

Vaccinations are a very sensitive topic. I will not blab on about the pharmaceutical industry, only briefly talk about some of the science associated with vaccinations.

What Is Actually In A Vaccination?

Take away the propaganda, take away the new age jargon - just look at the science. Lets look at some of the ingredients of most vaccines:

  • Formaldehyde (well known-carcinogenic)
  • Aluminium (extremely toxic, known neuro-toxin)
  • Thimerosal is a Mercury containing preservative
  • Anti-Biotics
  • Egg Protein – many vaccines are prepared using chicken eggs.
  • Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • other heavy metals, unknown elements, germs that were not intended to be there.

These are put into a baby who has a weak and vulnerable immune system. This is further dangerous because injections bypass portals of immune defence to penetrate deeper into the body.

If you were to take a bottle and fill it with these ingredients and give it to a baby to drink, you could be charged with murder.

Vaccines Are Not 100% Safe

Contrary to what the government would like us to believe, vaccines are not 100% safe.

For example, from 1989 to 2011, the pharmaceutical industry paid out $2.3 billion a year for vaccine injuries.(1) In 2011, the Supreme Court of USA passed a law protecting pharmaceutical companies from all liability related to vaccine injuries, even if the vaccine could have somehow been made safer.(1)

In one study, published in the Journal of American Medicine (JAMA) in 2004, the influenza vaccine was linked to a life-threatening condition called Guillain-Barré syndrome.

The Hepatitis B vaccine – which is given to newborns within 12 hours of birth – has been linked to liver cell destruction and accelerated cell death.

While government bodies and medical associations insists this is necessary, Hepatitis B is only spread by blood or intimate contact with body fluids from someone infected, and mothers are always screened during pregnancy.

Taking these isolated studies and claiming that vaccinations are completely unsafe is also way out of context when considering the benefits and immunity they provide to millions of people worldwide.

I’m not against the principle of vaccinations, just make sure they give clean vaccinations! I’m against uninformed decisions.

My Suggestions If You Are Going to Vaccinate

Reduce or Spread Out Doses For New Borns 

The high amount of vaccinations starting as early as six months old up to six years old may be way too overwhelming for the immune system.

Remove Potential Toxins from Vaccines

Perhaps the most dangerous outcome of the Supreme Courts ruling to hold harmless the pharmaceutical industry from vaccine-related injury is the subsequent lack of motivation to improve the vaccines and use more natural ingredients.

Ask your pediatrician to order vaccines without mercury or other toxic substances commonly found in vaccines. More of these are coming onto the market. Europe took mercury out of the vaccines, the UN is advocating to have it out, Australia has removed it for under 5 year-olds, USA still has it.

Additionally or as a Replacement, Administer Ayurvedic Immunisation

The Ayurvedic immunisation I am about to reveal to you is important to boost your baby's immunity if they are being vaccinated. This will (to some extent) protect your baby from the dangers of vaccines.

However, this Ayurvedic immunisation method plus proper diet and lifestyle regimen will boost the child's immunity so adequately that there is very little to no need for vaccinations at all.

Ayurvedic Immunisation 

Ayurvedic medicine talks about essential herbal drops to boost the immunity and build the tissues of babies and children. Precious and potent formula of rare herbs. Can be given until the child’s teenage years. Please consult an Ayurvedic practitoner who knows about this knowledge.

Administering Ritual

The father or mother is to give this to the newborn as soon as possible (but no hurry) after the baby has come out of the womb. Then continue the rest of the essential practices for the infant such as:

  • Bathing (if you didn't already bathe the infant before administering the tonic).
  • Breastfeed within the first hour (max. four hours) after exiting the womb.
  • Oil massage - All over the baby's body. Ideally using medicated Ayurvedic oils like our Ayurvedic Baby Massage oil. Cold-pressed coconut oil is also fine.
  • Whisper Baby Mantra - A primordial sound you whisper to the baby to immediately resonate and calm their physiology. This communicates to the baby "don't worry, you've arrived into a Vedic family, you will be enlightened, we will give you knowledge for enlightenment. You will once again unify with totality. Relax, you can be a baby now."  - contact your local Vedic Meditation teacher to receive and be taught about the Baby Mantra.
  • Wrap Baby in silk or muslin cloth completely, especially ears. Only expose eyes and nose.

How Often To Administer Ayurvedic Immunisation

1-3x as soon as possible after the baby exits the womb. Even within 12-14 hours after birth is also beneficial.

After that, it can be given to the baby once a month on the Pushya Nakshatra (an astrological constellation occurring about once a month). If you administer an Ayurvedic tonic once a month for up to 12 years old this provides a powerful immunisation for life.  These herbs can even be given until the child is a teenager.

Even if you missed out on the first dose right after birth, you can even start at the age of a toddler.

These herbs are for your baby using the finest and precious ingredients and preparation method.
